How much does your planning service cost? +
We charge a flat planning fee that covers everything from resort selection to guest coordination. In most cases our fee is partially or fully offset by the savings we unlock through our direct resort relationships. We're transparent about every dollar from day one.
What if my guests can't afford to travel? +
This is the most common concern — and the one that surprises couples most. All-inclusive resorts bundle flights, accommodation, food, drinks, and entertainment. For many guests, a 4-night Cancun trip costs less than attending a local wedding when you factor in hotel, transport, and gifts.
Is a legal ceremony possible in Mexico? +
Yes, absolutely. We guide you through the legal requirements for getting married in Mexico, or help you do a small civil ceremony at home and celebrate with your full wedding abroad. We'll walk you through whichever fits your situation on your consultation call.
How far in advance do we need to book? +
We recommend 12–18 months out for larger groups (50+ guests) to secure the best room block rates and wedding dates. That said, we've successfully planned weddings with as little as 6 months lead time. The sooner you reach out, the more options you'll have.
